The hearth of CIMA is production, where flexible automized lines manufacture 350 tons/month.

The plant uses a raw material stock with 19 automized silos, with a full capacity of 600 tons.

Several extrusion lines can give shape to infinity ceramic solutions, from the smallest 1.5 mm to the biggest 60 mm, all of them become vibrofinishing media in 3 ovens.

Ceramics are only manufactured mixing:

kaolins, clays, ball clays, quartz, aluminium oxide, feldspat.

To answer at customers inquiry and development of new vibrofinishing solutions, there is available a laboratory, with a wide range of machines:

round vibrators, turbo machine, vibro
dryer and water waste centrifuge.
